We currently build homes in Virginia’s Loudoun County, Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax, and in Maryland’s Montgomery, Howard, and Prince George’s counties. If you’re not in these areas but are interested in our homes, please contact us — we’ll consider projects in other nearby locations on a case-by-case basis.

Can your models be customized?

Can you design and build?

Yes! We work with talented architects who can help bring your vision to life.

How long does the design process take?

Each project is unique. Typically, a design phase takes 4-6 months.

How much do your homes cost?

Home pricing varies based on size, design, and specifications. A 4,000 sq.ft. home with a finished basement typically starts at $200 per finished sq.ft., excluding land development costs.

What is land development?

Land development includes:

  • Engineering and surveying
  • On-site expenses: construction entrance, erosion controls, stormwater management, excavation, lot prep, grading backfill
  • Septic, well, and utilities
  • Hardscapes: lot stabilization, driveway, walkway, patio, deck, etc.

What should I look for when looking to buy land?

  • Assess the size and shape of the land to determine if it accommodates your desired house size and layout. Pay attention to the topography, as it can affect construction costs and landscaping possibilities.
  • Investigate environmental factors such as flood zones, wetlands and soil quality.
  • Inquire about available utilities. Populated areas or new developments often have utilities, but rural areas may require added costs for electricity, water, and sewage connections.
  • Find out if impact fees will be required.
  • Calculate the overall cost of land, including the purchase price, land development costs, and any required infrastructure improvements. Create a realistic budget for your entire project.
  • A professional land survey will help you identify property boundaries, easements, and encroachments.
